The founders of Adaptive Synergies separately created independent consultancies some 20 years ago.  These early firms focused on strategic human capital, business processes, and product development engineering services.  Overtime, a host of additional skills were acquired and proven in organizational development and psychology, change management and operational excellence services as the founders expanded their professional and academic experiences. These different journeys lead them to join forces to co-found Adaptive Synergies.  They are dedicated to providing their clients with the benefits of their knowledge and expertise attained over their shared experiences, and in doing so, offer businesses a powerful partner that adds value in pursuit of greater efficiencies, growth and success.
