Jeff Boss - Co-Founder/CEO

Has spent 20+ years leading a variety of companies in operational excellence and increased profits.  He has worked with venture-funded startups to world-class global corporations.

Twice  invited to speak at the Olympus Corporation's annual Production Innovation Summit in Japan, he spent eight years under the tutelage and mentorship of Olympus's prestigious Corporate Monozukuri Innovation Summit (CMIC).  He has been managing Adaptive Synergies' manufacturer client assignments for a decade, creating global operating systems, defining required processes and procedures, implementing ERP systems, and driving cultural alignment that produces long-term success.

He received his BSEE from Wentworth Institute of Technology, an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, and Lean Blackbelt certification from the Management and Strategy Institute.  Holds certifications in the areas of Technology, Operations, Value Stream Management, and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management.

He is married with two children, an avid fisherman and passionate fan of all Boston professional sports teams.

Dr. Stacy Boss - Co-Founder/President

Has dedicated her professional and academic career to the areas of change/transformation, cultural management, and organizational behavior.  A published researcher, she previously ran her own strategic Change & OD consultancy.  Has been a member of boutique consultancies as well as some of the world's largest (KPMG, IBM and Wipro).  She has created and implemented organizational and human capital management strategies for Fortune 100/500, governmental, non-profit, private and educational organizations.  She has worked and/or lived on 5 continents.

She received her BA/MA from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland; MBA & MPhil from the University of Strathclyde Graduate Business School, Glasgow, Scotland; and, PsyD from William James College, Netwon, MA.  She holds SPHR certification, various behavioral assessment certifications, 2 Green Belt/Six Sigma and Lean certifications.

She is married with two children, enjoys traveling and competitive axe throwing.
